Field Compliance Coordinator
Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Starting Pay: $22/hr, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day frontline supervision of Team Leads and Service Technicians in an assigned territory.
- Ensure timely support by resolving staff questions and complex customer issues.
- Maintain Field Service quality standards, including appropriate inventory levels.
- Identify reactive work order opportunities and communicate recommendations to management.
- Support process change initiatives as directed by management.
- Manage team projects as assigned and provide administrative support as needed.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical/process issues and drive resolution.
- Partner with the Project Manager and Compliance Supervisor to allocate work, set priorities, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracted customer agreements, and Scope of Work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of office management practices, recordkeeping, and customer service principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and office productivity machinery such as calculator, copier, and printer.
- Frequently communicates with other departments and field staff. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
Work Environment
- Combination of field and office work with local travel in Georgia.
