Accounts Payable Specialist Needed in Mesa, AZ, Day Shift, $27-$30/hr., Great Benefits!

I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Mesa, Arizona

Job Responsibilities:

•           Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently

•           Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain good relationships   

•           Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies 

•           Assist in accounts receivable collections to ensure timely receipt of payments 

•           Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions

Essential Job Functions:

•           Must be able to move up to 25lbs.

•           Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day

•           Must be able to position oneself to access equipment, as needed.

Work Environment:

•           Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel toed boots

•           Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures

•           May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Schedule: 

•           Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM 

Payrate: 

•           $27-30/hr., depending on experience
