Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management with a focus on process improvement and compliance
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and drive data-based decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and familiarity with labor management systems is a plus
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in industrial, logistics, or distribution environments is advantageous
