What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Technology Systems Project Manager with a strong passion for service and commercial technology systems construction. This role will lead Low-Voltage Division, overseeing all technology systems projects while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Project Management teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Technology Systems Division, including personnel, projects, equipment, and materials
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Project Managers to promote and expand low-voltage and technology system solutions across commercial electrical and telecom service projects
- Oversee all low-voltage and technology projects, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and budgets
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of division team members
- Monitor team performance and help establish and achieve annual division goals
- Represent the division in leadership planning and partner with accounting to align financial and operational objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including estimates, billing, material procurement, schedules, and correspondence
- Coordinate project scopes, schedules, and updates with field teams, Project Managers, and leadership
- Drive business development efforts, including bids, walkthroughs, identifying opportunities, and cross-selling services
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and technical requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Associate degree in Electrical Construction, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience through an accredited apprenticeship program with a technology systems focus
- 3–5 years of experience in project management within low-voltage or technology systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability with strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement effective solutions
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of NEC regulations and low-voltage safety standards
- Power Limited Technician or RCDD certification
- OSHA 10 and First Aid certifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex systems and operations
- Proficiency with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
