What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Technology Systems Division Manager with a passion for service and commercial technology systems construction. This role is responsible for leading EPS’s Low-Voltage Division, managing all technology systems projects, and partnering cross-functionally with the Sales Team and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Major Expectations & Accountabilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Technology Division, including personnel, projects, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborates with the EPS Sales Team and Project Manager to promote technology and low voltage applications across both commercial electrical project and telecom service projects.
- Manage all low-voltage and technology projects within established deadlines and budgets while ensuring successful execution, including oversight of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Assists in recruitment, on boarding, training, and development of all team members assigned within the Technology Systems Division.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and facilitate annual division goals.
- Represent the Technology Systems Division in leadership planning meetings and partner with accounting to align divisional goals with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor, setting project objectives and ensuring that final project outcomes meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including estimates, billing, material orders, schedules, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and communicate project scopes, schedules, and status updates with field leads, Project Managers, and EPS Management to ensure smooth operations and transparency.
- Lead business development efforts for the Technology Systems Division, including preparing bids, conducting walkthroughs, identifying sales opportunities, and cross-selling with other EPS divisions.
- Ensure all projects adhere to EPS operational, technical, and safety standards, and proactively provide solutions for field personnel when issues arise.
- Continuously seek process improvements, streamlining project execution, operational methods, tools, and equipment to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Two-year technical associate degree in electrical construction, construction management, project management or similar discipline or completion of an accredited apprenticeship program with equivalent experience with a technology systems focus.
- 3-5 years of experience within a position requiring knowledge and experience with project management in technology and low voltage systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Outstanding leadership and having a keen sense for detail.
- Ability to have good foresight skills to anticipate changes in conditions and operations to the greatest extent possible and the ability to react and provide effective solutions.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Qualifications Set You Apart
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints and technical documents related to low-voltage and technology systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards for low-voltage applications.
- Power Limited Technician or RCDD Certification
- OSHA 10 and first aid certifications.
- Highly skilled and versatile professional who has experience in problem solving and the ability to ensure the smooth operation of any low-voltage systems
- Proficiency with business software, including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.

Compensation Range for a Technology Systems Division Manager
- This role is considered a full-time and salaried (exempt) position
- The pay-range for this role is an annual salary between $100,000 and $130,000
Physical Requirements/Essential Functions
- Ability to give and receive detailed information verbally and in writing.
- Drive to work sites, corporate offices, and vendor locations.
- Sufficient vision to read blueprints, documents, and wiring color codes.
- Work primarily in the office with occasional field visits for project walkthroughs and supervision.
- Physical mobility to supervise and perform activities including bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and lifting 20–50 lbs.
- Walk over uneven terrain, debris, and obstacles as required.
