What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo/ Food Runner position at IHOP?
As a food runner/ expo you will be required to know the menu in order to pull the correct food from the window. Decorate the food according to the menu and SOP (standard operating procedure), Run the food if the server is busy/ unavailable. Tips are collected by the manager at the end of the shift. Tips are based on each waitresses sales. The tips that will be collected for you is 1% of the servers sales. For Example: If their sales were $1,000, you would receive $10 from that employee. Weekend position only.
