Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area to enhance guest experience.
- Assist with managing waitlists during busy periods while keeping guests informed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support team members in delivering exceptional service throughout the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others enjoy their dining experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is beneficial.
