This is a full-time remote role for a Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will provide technical and customer support by addressing and resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing service requests. The role requires analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, communicating solutions effectively, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and partners.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Excellent Customer Support expertise to deliver a seamless user experience
- Exceptional Communication skills to provide clear and professional responses
- Familiarity with support tools and systems is a plus
