💼 About the Role:

In this role, you’ll oversee end‑to‑end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce management. You’ll partner with leaders to implement innovative HR strategies, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational and mission objectives.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven HR management experience with strong knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Experience leading talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations initiatives
• Strong communication, change management, and project management skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity

💰 What We Offer:

• Salary range: $62,375.04 – $93,562.56 (JBLM, WA)
