Job Profile Summary
We’re looking for a proven, high-energy Field Sales Representative who thrives in the intersection of health insurance and technology. This role owns the full sales cycle for our SaaS EDE platform and related professional services, targeting health insurance distributors such as Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs), General Agencies, individual producers and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) service providers.
This is a self-starter role ideal for someone who has successfully sold software, insurance products/solutions, or technology-enabled services into health distributors and/or the broker channel, understands CMS regulations, and can articulate a compelling ROI story around enrollment growth, compliance, and consumer experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Sales & Market Expansion
- Expand the Base of Current Users: Collaborating with our marketing team increase our base of current users by recruiting producers, GAs and FMOs and attending trade shows and industry and networking events
- Increase Platform Adoption of New Features: Work with cross-functional teams to increase awareness and adoption of features and enhancements
- Identify New Product Opportunities: Working with key partners to determine platform enhancements and additions that will enable platform growth and meet industry needs
- Partner With ICHRA Service Providers: Support our growing position in the ICHRA space to deliver the tools needed by ICHRA service partners and to help attract new partners
Operational Excellence
- Process Management & Optimization: Assist the Product Team by providing actionable feedback on new features requested by the field
- Technology Integration: Champion the utilization of INSX tech platform to support integration with insurance agencies, FMOs, carriers and ICHRA service providers
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4 years of progressive experience in the insurance, health, technology or financial services distribution industry
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of the individual health insurance market (ACA and non-ACA), distribution models, and quoting and enrollment technology.
- Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate market trends and competitive positioning into clear, executable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and proprietary platforms as a core competitive differentiator.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The base pay for this role in the is: $84,000 - $110,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits medical, dental, vision, life, and participation in the company 401(k) plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
