Candidate shall be able to address any risk areas in order to maintain a safe work environment. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

Responsibilities:
- Perform work on Heavy Civil projects
- Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
- Overall management of daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Create and manage project schedule
- Monitor budgets and controlling cost
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Coordinate subcontractors and construction site organization Qualifications
- Order material and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process
- Effectively recruit and train new employees
- Prepare daily reports and time cards
- prior experience as a Superintendent- 5 years (preferred)
- 3-5 years water/wastewater treatment plant exposure
- good communication, organizational and leadership skills
- excellent knowledge of project drawings and specifications
- familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- the ability to lead craft labor and subcontractors to effectively complete projects on time and within budget
