Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Performs receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answers and manages phone calls with professional phone etiquette, transferring calls and taking messages.
- Handles appointment scheduling and confirms appointments.
- Performs data entry accurately and efficiently into various systems.
- Utilizes the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in all interactions.
- Supports office administration tasks, such as managing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Manages cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Applies problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise at the front desk.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Experience with receptionist duties and office administration preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience with cash handling.
Physical Requirements/Work Conditions:
