Overview
The Senior Manager, Business Operations II leads business analytics, data operations, and system optimization across Global Field Services, Contact Centers, and Supply Chain functions.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the organization. You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee key systems such as SAP and field service platforms, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, deep analytical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex, global operations in a highly regulated environment.
What You’ll Lead & Own
- Lead business intelligence strategy, including KPI development, dashboards, and data governance
- Serve as product owner for Field Service CRM tools and oversee SAP workflows and system integrations
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, audits, and reporting across multiple business units
- Translate data into actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop a cross-functional team supporting analytics and operations
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Product, ERP) and external vendors
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and overall business performance
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 8 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or business intelligence
- Proven leadership experience in global, cross-functional environments
- Strong experience with SAP (highly preferred)
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience with WebI (BusinessObjects) is a plus
- Strong understanding of data governance, reporting, and analytics
- Experience supporting operational data across Field Services, Supply Chain, or Contact Centers
- Ability to manage complex, multi-system environments and ensure data accuracy
- Experience in gaming, fintech, manufacturing, or logistics industries
- Familiarity with mobile app integrations and ERP systems
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
- Drives operational performance through accurate, actionable data
- Influences strategic decision-making across multiple business units
- Ensures alignment between systems, data, and business goals
