Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (No Rotating Shifts)
Wage: The posted wage for this position includes a $5.00 afternoon shift differential.

About the Role
We are seeking a CNC Router Operator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The primary purpose of this position is to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC Routing machine, and maintaining safety standards.

What You'll Do
- Receive blueprints, files, and documents to make CNC parts.
- Cut material for parts as needed.
- Read and understand basics of manufacturing blueprints.
- Machine part to the print.
- Work with a variety of calipers or micrometers.
- Work with a variety of tools and machinery in a safe capacity.
Requirements
- Required:
- High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver's license.
- At Least One year of CNC Machining Experience
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
