Customer Service Coordinator (ISO)

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

 

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm leads

Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide guidance on health insurance plans, coverage details, and claims processes

Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers

Build trust with customers by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information

Track interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM

Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals

Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related fieldComfortable making outbound calls and handling objectionsStrong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitudeAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in customer service or a related fieldStrong communication skills (phone written)Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitudeAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentChinese or Spanish (both written and spoken) proficiency is a plus
