Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Create and maintain IMS for various FMS and BPC programs · Conduct critical path analysis and inform leads of recommended remedial actions · Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to align schedules with contract milestones and project timelines · Create Summary Schedules that communicate and summarize the detailed IMS · Analyze budget and resource requirements to ensure compatibility with cost and schedule metrics
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
· Education/Experience: Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Scheduler on complex programs -or- a Bachelor’s degree and 18 years of experience as a Program Scheduler on complex programs
· Expert skills with Microsoft Project, Project Online, and other Microsoft Office Tools
· Advanced experience integrating tiered master plans, schedules and developing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) architecture.
· Advanced experience with Milestones Professional and other scheduling tools preferred
· Advanced experience with cost & schedule integration
· Experience resource loading, identifying and resolving over-allocations, and resource reporting in Microsoft Project
· Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Desired Qualifications:
· DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with at least 18 years’ relevant experience -or-
· Master’s degree with at least 10 years’ relevant experience
Other Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
