Key Responsibilities:
· Resolve complex hardware and software issues
· Perform root-cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
· Serve as DTS and Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) subject matter expert for DTS-supported locations
· Mentor junior help desk personnel
· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and configuration standards
Qualifications:
· Secret clearance (required)
· Advanced DoD 8140 certification
· 8 years of experience providing Tier II/III IT support
· DTS and JTR expertise (for DTS-support roles)
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Salary range: $80-120k
