Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
· Administer and support Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user account creation, group management, and access control
· Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
· Support identity and access management tasks such as password resets, MFA setup, and conditional access policies
· Assist with device enrollment and management (e.g., Microsoft Intune / endpoint management)
· Support system imaging, patching, and routine maintenance activities
· Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and system configurations
· Assist with inventory tracking and asset management
· Support compliance with DoD security policies, procedures, and best practices
· Coordinate with senior IT staff and external vendors as needed
· Assist with facility-related tasks such as equipment setup, office moves, and workspace readiness
· Support conference room technology and basic AV systems
· Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

· Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
· Occasional lifting of IT equipment (up to ~40 lbs)
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration
· Familiarity with Windows operating systems and modern endpoint management
· Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and/or Microsoft Intune in a corporate environment
· CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, MS-900)
· Experience in a corporate or government IT environment
· Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL)
· Exposure to cybersecurity best practices, Zero Trust principles, or compliance frameworks
