Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Master's Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 12 years of experience

· Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classification

· Expertise in electronic protection

· Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules

· Prior experience in Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation development

· Expertise in Electronic attack/protection modeling development to support analysis and requirements development

· Experience in developing technology maturation plans to transfer potential technologies to program offices

· Active Secret clearance and the ability to qualify for a TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications

· Active Top Secret/SCI clearance

· Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes

· Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals to include radar limitations

· Knowledge of electro-optic fundamentals

· Knowledge of radar hardware and design

 

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

 

Other Requirements:

Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
