Mission Specialist – Mobile App Delivery / Operations (On Site)

We’re hiring Mission Specialists, technical problem solvers who thrive in complex environments and adapt quickly to new challenges. This elite, cross-functional team rotates across Software Quality Assurance (QA), Technical Support, and Customer Management, gaining a complete view of the product lifecycle. You’ll begin with a focus on mobile applications, supporting Android and iOS platforms, and expand into operations, client delivery and software quality assurance as you progress.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage mobile application fulfillment and delivery, ensuring clients receive verified builds and configuration packages
  • Support app deployment and version updates for multiple clients
  • Coordinate release notes, deployment schedules, and post-release validation activities
  • Test and validate Android and iOS mobile apps for stability, usability, and performance
  • Collaborate with developers and customers to reproduce, isolate, and document bugs clearly
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers or identified in QA, using device logs and diagnostic tools
  • Create and maintain test cases, regression plans, and customer-facing documentation
  • Rotate through QA, Support, and CRM functions to develop an end-to-end understanding of our products and customers


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Experience testing or supporting mobile apps, especially Android-based systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for release and version tracking
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Twin Falls, ID


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with POS systems, payment SDKs, or Android hardware peripherals
  • Experience with mobile app software development
  • Experience with mobile device management, build pipelines, or deployment automation
  • Background in Quality Assurance or technical operations
