We are looking to hire an Experienced Staffing Coordinator. Ideally, the staffing coordinator will work in partnership with the Chief Nursing Office and Director of Culture and Engagement for maintaining the nursing department's schedule. You will be the main point of contact for all nurses and CNA's for the scheduling of shifts and vacations, as well as covering gaps in coverage when they arise. In addition, there may be times where direct patient care is needed so a valid certified nursing assistant or certified medication assistant license is required.

Requirements
Must possess good computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Excel
Must possess excellent communication, have a positive and friendly outlook, problem solving abilities and excellent customer service skills
Previous scheduling experience in a long term care setting is preferred
CNA or CMA license preferred
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
