What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Office Branch Manager position at Ignite Industrial Professionals - Columbus?
The Branch Manager will lead the Recruiting/Onsite team to attract, screen, hire and retain temporary/direct hire staff for all clients. He/she will also be responsible for managing the operations of the Branch. He/she will also maintain reporting and other administrative tasks. Candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Essential Functions:

· Manages all aspects of daily operation and compliance for Branch
· Understand the financial performance of the Branch and track important KPI’s and manage the Branch expenses to meet the budget.
· Manages processes for Recruiting, screening, testing, interviewing and evaluating for applicants being placed.
· Ensure that all personnel data base documentation requirements are met for each candidate/associate, in a timely manner, to ensure proper payroll and invoicing, this includes necessary auditing
· Work closely with clients to ensure hiring needs are understood and develops plans to meet client needs
· Ensure customer satisfaction for all Branch clients
· Meet required deadlines timely
· Act as a member of the Leadership team, lead by example with urgency, promote teamwork, and participates in successful direction of overall business
· Must be able to assume leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to exceeding customer delivery expectations and achieving quality and productivity goals in a time sensitive environment.
· Always demonstrates safety consciousness and reports safety questions/concerns
· Promotes safety as a business value vs. business priority, through training, focusing, and informing others about company safety practices and procedures
· Acts as a secure outlet for all Branch staff
· Maintains good relationships with all candidates, employees, corporate and clients
· Provides all necessary resources for recruiting events. Help support recruiting efforts as needed
· Performs various administrative duties (filing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.)
· Assist in all Operational training
· Creates and implements staffing improvement programs based upon industry best practices
· Responsible for ensuring the staff is performing at their highest competency level
· Deliver performance improvement plans and administer disciplinary action when needed
