Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Location: Riverside, California
Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000 annually (depending on specialty & experience)
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000
About the Role
Our Riverside clinic is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our established outpatient care team. As part of a long‑standing nonprofit FQHC, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient community in a weekday-only, outpatient-only environment with no nights, weekends, or inpatient responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
- Provide routine and preventive primary care
- Manage chronic diseases and acute conditions
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Administer vaccines and prescribe medications
- Offer prenatal or postnatal services where applicable
- Coordinate referrals and ensure smooth transitions of care
- Document visits accurately within the EHR
- Work collaboratively with nursing, behavioral health, and support staff
- Participate in clinic initiatives, team meetings, and quality improvement
- Support learner education by precepting students or residents if needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- DEA certification and current BLS
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic is a plus
Compensation
- Family Medicine: $268,000–$363,000
- Internal Medicine: $281,000–$380,000
- $15,000 sign‑on bonus
