Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation Range: $268,000 – $380,000 annually (specialty & experience based)
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000

Position Summary

Our Menifee health center is seeking a committed Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to support our growing patient population. This is a clinic-based role with no nights, weekends, inpatient rounding, or call, offering dependable daytime hours and meaningful work within a mission‑oriented FQHC environment.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide routine adult and pediatric primary care
• Perform preventive exams and chronic disease follow-up visits
• Evaluate acute care concerns in an outpatient setting
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Manage medications and provide immunizations
• Offer prenatal/postnatal care when aligned with training
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate specialty care
• Document visits and care plans thoroughly in the EHR
• Partner closely with nursing, behavioral health, and care coordination teams
• Participate in quality programs, huddles, and practice improvement initiatives
• Engage in resident or student teaching when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license and current BLS certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic preferred but not required

Compensation Details

• Family Medicine: $268,000–$363,000
• Internal Medicine: $281,000–$380,000
• $15,000 sign‑on bonus
• Monthly performance bonuses available
• Includes 4 hours/week of protected admin time
