Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Stanwood, WA. This hybrid role includes in-clinic orthopedic care, aquatic therapy, and building up to one telehealth day per week. Full-time PTAs (30 hours/week) receive full benefits, CEU support, and student loan reimbursement for the life of the loan. PRN options are also available.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Support treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic therapy patients
Conduct telehealth sessions using digital rehabilitation platforms
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in the EMR
Educate patients on mobility, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
Collaborate with PTs and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Qualifications
Active or eligible Washington State PTA license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-engagement skills
Comfortable using EMR and telehealth systems
Aquatic therapy experience preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits
$28–$37 per hour (depending on experience)
