Requirements
Deliver exceptional remote member service through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) while ensuring accuracy, security, and an outstanding digital banking experience.
What You’ll Do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and account inquiries through ITM video systems—quickly and accurately.
- Provide friendly, professional service using active listening and problem-solving.
- Educate members on digital banking tools, features, and credit union products.
- Follow all security, policy, and regulatory standards (BSA, OFAC, Reg CC).
- Identify and report suspicious or unusual activity, protecting member data at all times.
- Monitor ITM performance, report technical issues, and assist with updates or troubleshooting.
- Recommend appropriate products and services to support members’ financial needs.
- Contribute to accuracy, member satisfaction, and referral/sales goals.
What You Bring
- Experience in financial services, teller operations, or customer service (credit union experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a member-first approach.
- Ability to learn systems, follow procedures, and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
