Responsibilities
- Have Fun!!!
- Happily greet customers upon arrival
- Educate customers about our drink and food options and the ingredients
- Take orders outside at customers vehicles while talking with them and making them smile
- Follow our recipes to prepare amazing beverages and food
- Ensure orders are accurate and serve them with a smile and positive attitude
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Work together with your team to keep a clean and organized environment for everyone to enjoy
- Work together with your team to stock and organize inventory
- Check status of equipment and report any maintenance needs to management
- Follow Texas health and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Communicate customer feedback to managers
Skills
- Always have a positive, happy attitude and treat people with kindness
- 1-2 years of work experience as a barista, bartender, or server is preferred
- Hands-on experience with coffee brewing equipment is helpful
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and a Texas Health Food Card
- Flexibility to work various shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to build relationships with regular customers and new customers
- Excellent, respectful communication skills with co-workers and customers

Pay: $8.00hr Tips ($12-$18 average hourly wage)
