Front Counter Job Duties:
We are looking for skilled Front Counter Staff to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The goal is to provide an excellent overall guest experience. Day & evening shift hours available. Hourly rate is $17.00/hr tips. Potential earnings per hour, including tips, could be up to $25.00/hr.
Front Counter Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction.
- Greet customers with smile and provide Legendary Service.
- Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- Arrange table settings and maintain a clean working environment to include the front kitchen, dining room, tables, chairs, patio, garbages, bathrooms and outside lots.
- Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
- Conduct accurate cash handling procedures.
- Cooperate with all front and kitchen staff
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:
- Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quick Service Servers: 1 year (Preferred)
