Counter Associate / Customer Service
Dirty Laundry – North Smithfield, RI
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team at our family-owned dry cleaning business.
If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a small team, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Check garments in and out accurately
- Answer phones and assist with customer questions
- Process payments
- Organize incoming and outgoing orders
- Help keep the front counter clean and organized
- Assist with light daily tasks as needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Approximately 26 hours per week
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer and point-of-sale system
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
