IGC Protection is Hiring! – Experienced Applicants Only
We are looking for professional flaggers to join IGCP Traffic Management. Previous experience in traffic control or related work is required. Please apply only if the requirements fit you and you are genuinely interested in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and stop/slow paddles
- Communicate clearly to ensure vehicles and pedestrians do not interfere with or endanger workers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in traffic control or flagging
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to stand 8–12 hours unassisted and lift 40–60 lbs while handling a Stop/Slow Paddle
- Comfortable working around fast-moving traffic
- Must be at least 24 years old
- Enthusiastic and committed to safety
