Serving students from kindergarten to 12th grade, IGB Education focuses on developing critical thinking, communication skills, financial literacy, and emotional wellness. With programs like the Summer Enrichment Camp (SEC) and Mentoring After School Program (MAP), the organization provides a safe and supportive environment where students build confidence, enhance life skills, and foster positive relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage groups of campers in daily activities
• Implement and lead age-appropriate curriculum activities in Arts & Crafts, Critical Thinking, and Financial Literacy across the four core pillars, including lesson facilitation, activity setup, and student engagement
• Adapt activities to different learning styles and age groups to support engagement and skill development across all focus areas
• Ensure camper safety, inclusivity, and well-being at all times
• Foster positive behavior management through social interactions and conflict resolution
• Assist with camp activities, coverage, and daily check-in/check-out procedures, as assigned
• Support basic documentation and reporting requirements (e.g., attendance tracking, activity logs, and incident documentation) using designated digital tools
• Participate in and supervise campers on field trips and during special events
• Maintain regular communication with camp leadership and staff
• Contribute to program planning and evaluation to enhance summer camp program.
• Model positive behaviors through relationship-building, adherence to camp rules, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures while supporting a collaborative team environment
• Attend pre-camp staff training activities 

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college experience preferred
• Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead group activities with enthusiasm, efficacy and fidelity 
• Creativity, patience, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Level 2 background screening clearance required
• Comfort with using program-related software and digital tools; willingness and ability to learn new software platforms as required for reporting, communication, and program delivery
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required throughout the program term
