Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, high-energy coach to join our After School and Summer Camp team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, leading activities, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day.
You will be responsible for transporting students, leading group activities, and helping maintain a fun, safe, and organized environment.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Total: 27 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Transport students safely from local schools (company vehicle)
- Supervise and engage with children ages 5–12
- Lead structured group activities including:
- Arts & Crafts
- Fitness Games
- Team-building activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Support daily routines and ensure a structured environment
- Work closely with team members to deliver a high-quality program
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience working with children preferred (coaching, camps, childcare, etc.)
- Positive attitude and strong energy
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and engage groups of children
