What You'll Do
- Develop and win new MRO and OEM customer accounts, with a primary focus on fluid connectors
- Analyze the territory, identify high value target accounts, and build your own prospecting plan
- Penetrate competitive accounts and convert business from incumbent suppliers
- Drive gross margin growth within the territory
- Call on maintenance, purchasing, operations, engineering, and plant leadership to establish and grow relationships
- Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure execution
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
