Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM)
Position Summary:
Provide expert, compassionate gynecologic and obstetric care, supporting patients through prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum phases within a collaborative healthcare model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum women's health and prenatal care.
- Manage low-risk labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.
- Perform gynecologic exams, family planning, and preventive health counseling.
- Collaborate and coordinate care with OB/GYN physicians and healthcare teams.
- Maintain patient records and support a patient-centered birth experience.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with Midwifery focus.
- Active Indiana RN license & national CNM certification.
- State-prescriptive authority.
- Strong teamwork and patient advocacy skills.
