We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Lead with strong industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Lead
Location: El Reno, OK
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
Pay: $35–$40/hour OT
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Lead and support a team of 2 Maintenance Technicians.
- Troubleshoot 480V/3-phase systems, motors, starters, relays, sensors, wiring, VFDs, and control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, automation, and production equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other production machinery.
- Support facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, utilities, and electrical distribution.
- Assign daily maintenance work and coordinate with production.
- Follow OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, and other safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong industrial/manufacturing maintenance background.
- Significant hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Journeyman Electrician license, electrical apprenticeship, or eligibility to test for Journeyman license preferred.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, automation, and industrial controls.
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Previous Maintenance Lead, Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership experience.
- OSHA/LOTO experience required.
Preferred: Chemical, coatings, paint, plastics, food, automotive, or other process manufacturing experience. HAZWOPER and chemical manufacturing experience are a plus.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
