Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: West New York, NJ
Pay: $24 – $26 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated maintenance professional to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical troubleshooting using logic controllers and ohmmeters.
- Fabricate and maintain components, including metal and wood.
- Assist with painting projects and facility renovations or upgrades.
- Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Experience in maintaining residential communities, luxury/high-rise buildings, HOAs, and commercial properties.
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance, painting, and fabrication.
- Leadership experience, including training junior staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certificate or associate degree preferred.
- Driver’s license preferred.
