About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Mobile Device Repair & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with smartphones, tablets, and technology while providing outstanding customer service.
You will diagnose, repair, and test mobile devices, assist customers with purchases and trade-ins, and help maintain an organized and professional retail environment. If you are passionate about electronics and enjoy solving technical problems, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose issues with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
- Perform software updates, data transfers, and device testing
- Assist customers with buying, selling, and trading devices
- Recommend accessories and protection plans based on customer needs
- Maintain repair records and inventory accuracy
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and professional
- Deliver friendly, honest, and professional customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience repairing smartphones or tablets is preferred
- Familiarity with iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, and other Android devices
- Ability to diagnose both hardware and software issues
- Experience using repair tools and handling delicate electronic components
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microsoldering is a plus
- Experience repairing tablets, laptops, or gaming consoles is a plus
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Pay: $20.00 per hour
