Job Description/Responsibilities:
– Design the digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including target audiences, communication channels, sequence of impacts, and timing.
– Define campaign logic (what message, when, and to whom) and establish success criteria, KPIs, and expected reporting prior to launch.
– Translate marketing strategy into functional campaign logic executable in Adobe.
– Ensure consistency across message, channel, segmentation, and timing throughout the campaign lifecycle.
– Validate all functional dependencies required for campaign execution, including audiences, rules, triggers, content availability, and tracking.
– Configure and activate campaigns, audiences, rules, and journeys within Adobe platforms.
– Own and execute the campaign go-live, ensuring quality, accuracy, and readiness.
– Ensure alignment and preparedness across all stakeholders involved in the campaign.
– Monitor campaign performance against defined success criteria, ensuring traceability, control, and quality standards.
– Analyze results, produce campaign reporting, and derive actionable insights from performance data.
– Propose and implement continuous optimizations and contribute to the evolution of digital campaign best practices.
– Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the immediate supervisor.
Location:
Onsite position in Miami, FL
- 5 days a week onsite at the BSI Miami office (9am-5pm EST)
- Candidates must be local to the greater Miami, FL area and willing to go onsite 5 days a week
- Not open to fully remote or hybrid candidates
Duration:
6 month contract
High possibility of extensions and/or FTE conversion if candidate performs well on contract
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation
5 years of industry experience, at least 3 years of Adobe experience
Proven hands-on experience with Adobe platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Must be fluent in at least 2 out of these 3 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English)
Must be creative, proactive and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Specific hands-on expertise in Adobe Marketo is required
Experience working in cross-functional environments involving marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance
Experience within regulated industries (financial services preferred)

This is a Corp to Corp contract, so you must be able to be hire as C2C , with LLC or employeer
