10 year plus book keeper experience and executive assistant to senior manager. Qualifications:

community college or 4 year college accounting/business administration major

  • to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • the ability to work well with others.
  • administration skills.
  • customer service skills.
  • the ability to use your initiative.
  • to be flexible and open to change.
  • computer saavy
  • excellent verbal communication skills.
  • book keeping experience preferred
  • 2 references required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $20 - $30
