🚀 Hiring: Supply Chain Planner 4 (Contract Role)

📍 Location: Onsite – Redmond,WA (5 days/week)

💼 Type: Contract | 40 hours/week

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to support operational planning and execution. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, analyze capacity and allocation data, and ensure smooth execution of planning activities.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on operational decision-making and exposure to leadership teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage production and operational schedules
• Analyze data related to capacity, allocation, and performance metrics
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution and resolve issues
• Monitor workflows for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Adjust plans based on changing priorities or constraints

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, reporting, dashboards)
• Experience in program or operations management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Preferred Background

• Supply chain, capacity planning, or operations experience
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure or large-scale operations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

🎯 Must-Have Experience

• Data analysis (Excel, dashboards) – 3 years
• Program/operations management – 3 years
• Stakeholder coordination & reporting – 2 years

🎓 Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
