Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own and accelerate growth across Direct Channel online storefronts. In this high-visibility role, you will shape go-to-market strategy, forge cross-functional partnerships, and ensure customers experience a seamless and compelling purchase journey—from discovery through checkout.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans for multiple Direct Channel storefronts, setting clear targets, milestones, and KPIs.
- Define seasonal campaign calendars, promotional offers, and pricing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Performance Management
- Review and manage business performance against revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition targets.
- Translate data insights into actionable optimizations across merchandising, user experience, and promotional initiatives.
- Present performance dashboards and executive-level business reviews to senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Alignment & Campaigns
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Legal to ensure consistent campaigns, compelling offers, and synchronized product roadmaps.
- Champion a unified customer experience across digital touchpoints, resolving conflicts and prioritizing with a customer-first mindset.
Buying Team & Product Roadmap
- Serve as the primary commerce liaison to the buying team, aligning on product assortment, launch timing, and inventory positioning.
- Collaborate on long-range product roadmap planning to ensure the online store catalog reflects customer demand and business priorities.
Regional & HQ Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between regional Digital Store teams and headquarters, ensuring global consistency while enabling local market relevance.
- Drive knowledge sharing, best practices, and joint planning cycles across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital commerce, online retail, or direct channel management.
- Experience working for a large-scale technology company with a consumer-facing online store.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage end-to-end sales and marketing plans with measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in commerce KPIs such as CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global or multi-regional digital store teams.
- Background in software, hardware, consumer electronics, or subscription product merchandising.
- Familiarity with buying/procurement processes and product roadmap governance.
- Proficiency with commerce analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
