Where You'll Make a Difference
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake discussions through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Lead recruitment efforts across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and Corporate Functions
- Support hiring across multiple organizational levels, from professional and technical talent to senior leadership positions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Drive diverse hiring strategies that support IFF's commitment to inclusion and representation.
- Ensure accurate and compliant management of recruiting activities within Workday and other recruiting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational or complex matrixed organization.
- Proven success recruiting across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple business units and locations.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting recruitment across North America.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, research and development and corporate functions environments.
