Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead a diverse project portfolio, including technical sales support, customer trials, troubleshooting, and new product and method development for fermented dairy and plant-based applications
- Design and execute laboratory, pilot-scale, and commercial-scale trials to evaluate dairy culture performance
- Develop and optimize finished product formulations aligned with industrial standards and customer requirements
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to customers and distributors
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Regulatory
- Monitor scientific and market trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Build relationships with academic and industry partners
- MSc with 9 years or PhD with 6 years of relevant dairy industry experience
- Strong background in food microbiology and fermented dairy processes
- Hands-on experience with laboratory and pilot plant equipment
- Experience supporting yoghurt and fermented dairy manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance technical and commercial priorities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dairy and plant-based culture solutions
- Customer-facing technical application experience
- Confidence presenting technical concepts
- Work on innovative dairy and plant-based solutions with global impact
