Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support root cause analysis of equipment failures, including documentation and research
- Collect and document equipment data for predictive maintenance technologies
- Input specifications into vibration, MCA, ultrasound, lubrication, and IR systems
- Update the site CMMS with accurate spare parts, equipment data, and PM strategies
- Lead development of a site-wide KPI database to track asset health and reliability
- Support capital requests to engineer out equipment failure modes
- Contribute to execution and design of capital projects for critical assets
- Analyze historical OEE losses to support capital justification efforts
- Develop Power Apps to support inventory, training, and QR/barcode initiatives
- Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering bachelor’s program
- Sophomore through Senior academic standing
- Preferred majors: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering students will also be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Interest in reliability, maintenance, and asset management
- Ability to document technical information clearly
- Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn
- Coursework or interest in reliability, maintenance, or predictive technologies
- Experience with data analysis, CMMS systems, or Power Apps
- Exposure to manufacturing, utilities, or industrial environments
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading reliability technologies
- Work alongside experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
- Contribute to real projects with measurable plant impact
