As a Manufacturing Compounder, you’ll be a key player in crafting the fragrances that define our brand. You’ll transform raw materials into finished products by following precise formulas and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Batch Preparation: Accurately weigh and measure ingredients from inventory to match exact formulas.
• Mixing & Blending: Operate agitators and mixers to combine liquids, solids, and powders into high-quality compounds.
• Sanitization & Safety: Clean and sanitize tanks, filters, lines, and pumps to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Documentation: Complete detailed batch records and paperwork to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Process Adherence: Follow all safety protocols, including hazardous material handling and PPE requirements.
  
  

You May Also:

• Set up and monitor mixing tanks and vessels.
• Submit product samples to the lab for quality testing.
• Calibrate chemical feeding pumps.
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors to resolve production issues.
  
  

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude.
