Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as the primary interface between Site Operations, Manufacturing Technology, and Supply Chain Planning, ensuring effective daily collaboration.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with plant capacity, constraints, and demand requirements.
- Convert planned orders into executable process orders and ensure readiness for production.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans based on real-time production performance and changes.
- Optimize production schedules considering material availability, operational priorities, and business objectives.
- Coordinate planning activities with maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and operational constraints.
- Identify and proactively resolve issues related to inventory, raw materials, quality, and plant performance.
- Ensure continuous communication of schedule updates and risks across stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including IBP, ECC, and ePPDS.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
- Effective communication skills in business English, with strong collaboration capabilities.
- Experience in SAP or planning tools.
- Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
- Strong expertise in capacity planning, inventory optimization, and KPI management.
