The role is based in Ridgefield, New Jersey (on-site).

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Receive, label, and process laboratory samples in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
  • Perform analytical tests and interpret results using scientific instrumentation
  • Execute experiments and accurately record data in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and clean laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Document results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of testing results
  • Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as cGMP, GLP, FDA, OSHA, and EPA

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in a laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, data analysis, and scientific instruments
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle samples and data with accuracy
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and interpret test results effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP
  • Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and documentation tools

How Would You Stand Out

  • Experience with analytical equipment such as HPLC, FTIR, or protein analysis
  • Exposure to biotechnology, fermentation, or nutritional product development
  • Experience supporting R&D activities or method validation
