Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Receive, label, and process laboratory samples in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
- Perform analytical tests and interpret results using scientific instrumentation
- Execute experiments and accurately record data in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and clean laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Document results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of testing results
- Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as cGMP, GLP, FDA, OSHA, and EPA
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in a laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, data analysis, and scientific instruments
- High attention to detail and ability to handle samples and data with accuracy
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and interpret test results effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Familiarity with quality systems such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and documentation tools
- Experience with analytical equipment such as HPLC, FTIR, or protein analysis
- Exposure to biotechnology, fermentation, or nutritional product development
- Experience supporting R&D activities or method validation
