Job Summary:
The Bilingual HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations at iFAB Corp, a manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication. This role is responsible for employee onboarding, HR documentation, recruitment support, timekeeping coordination, and serving as a bilingual point of contact between management and employees. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining compliance, employee engagement, and smooth HR processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documentation
- Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and posting job openings
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files in compliance with company and legal standards
- Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and coordination with payroll
- Serve as a bilingual liaison between employees and management
- Assist with employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and policy communication
- Support safety, compliance, and training initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Perform general administrative HR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (manufacturing experience required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
