Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and job specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Supervise apprentices and support training efforts
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Coordinate with project teams and other trades
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company and industry electrical codes.

- Active Journeyman License
- 2 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license (clean record) & reliable transportation
- Proficient with tools and testing equipment
- Able to pass background screening
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Use PPE and follow lockout/tagout procedures
- Identify hazards and participate in safety trainings
- Lift up to 50 lbs; work at heights and in confined spaces
- Perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling)
- Indoor/outdoor construction environment with varying conditions
