Job Summary

- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on multi-family construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure installations meet NEC, company, and OSHA standards
- Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Promote and enforce safe work practices on job sites
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades
- Train and mentor apprentices and crew members
- Complete required reports and documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Specific Qualifications
- Active Arkansas Journeyman Electrical License required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in multi-family construction
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively and interpret blueprints
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and required safety training
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
